1.Simplex sprocket tooth profile

The Simplex sprocket end face tooth profile commonly used in gear factories is composed of three arcs aa, ab, cd and a straight line bc, referred to as three arc-straight tooth profile. The tooth profile is processed with standard tools. It is not necessary to draw the end tooth profile on the Simplex sprocket work drawing, just indicate "the tooth profile is manufactured according to 3RGB1244-85" on the drawing, but the Simplex sprocket axial tooth profile should be drawn.

2.Simplex sprocket structure

Renqiu gears with small diameter Simplex sprocket are generally made into integral type, and medium diameter Simplex sprocket are mostly made into spoke plate type. In order to facilitate handling, installation and weight reduction, holes are opened on the spoke plate. Large diameter Simplex sprocket can be made into a combined type. 3.Simplex sprocket material

4. The new Simplex sprocket is too long or stretched after use, which is difficult to adjust. You can remove the chain link depending on the situation, but it must be an even number. The chain link should pass through the back of Simplex sprocket, the lock piece should be inserted outside, and the opening of the lock piece should face the opposite direction of rotation.

5. Simplex sprocket should be filled with lubricant in time during work. Lubricating oil must enter the matching gap between the roller and the inner sleeve to improve working conditions and reduce wear.

6. The old Simplex sprocket cannot be mixed with part of the new Simplex sprocket, otherwise it is easy to have an impact in the transmission and break Simplex sprocket.

7. When the machine is stored for a long time, Simplex sprocket should be removed and cleaned with kerosene or diesel, and then coated with oil or butter and stored in a dry place.
